Here's one collaboration we didn't see coming from rap genius Jay-Z. Hov and U.N. Secretary General Kofi Annan announced a partnership between MTV and the U.N. today, aimed at educating youth about the shortage of safe drinking water for billions of people worldwide. Jay-Z will also appear in a documentary about the crisis that will air later this year on MTV. More info here.
