In line 4 it is "bottomless". Line 6 is "i make to do lists just to stay busy." Not sure about line 9. Line 5 of the chorus is "write that scrip" (short for prescription). Line 11 of the chorus is "nurses hips." The last line of the chorus is "web MD." Last line before "get your doctors note" is "i gave my rent check to the Pfyzer cats."
