sounds great!
is there a stipulation in the Capital Records contract that states an artist must deny they actually come from Staten Island?
just wondering...

joe, he doesn't deny it. read the bio & it talks about him growing up in SI.
"Coming up in the hardcore scene in Staten Island, where I grew up,..."
i was confused with the whole "brooklyn boy, born & raised" but whatever.

Not denying he's a talented musician, but it's quite sad that a song like, "Brooklyn Boy" will give him the image of a boy born and raised there. The reason why most musicians from staten island make it is because they deny or create a second identity of some one from somewhere else, like brooklyn. Musicians like myself, struggle to prove themselves, without denying the truth. Stay true to your roots, at least thats what i try to do.
