Incoming: New Young Pony Club
U.K. New Wave, disco-funk quintet New Young Pony Club are the latest addition to the Modular roster. Their music embraces the energy of disco-freak queen MU, mixed with the hooks of CSS and the nu-wave feel of labelmates Van She.
Aided by the appearance of their single 'Ice Cream' in an Intel Core 2 Duo commercial, the group has stirred up something of a buzz. 'Ice Cream' is also hitting hipster dance floors with remixes by Ed Banger's DJ Medhi and Van She. Keep reading for an MP3 of 'Ice Cream', tour dates and more.

London's favourite new indie/electronica band New Young Pony Club will be launching their debut album 'Fantastic Playroom' with not one but two special live performances and signings, only at Virgin Megastores.
First stop is the amazing Manchester Megastore in the Arndale Centre who will play host to the band at 5:30pm on Monday 9th July before the five piece take their new wave beats to our fantastic Oxford Street Megastore on Tuesday 10th July at 6:00pm.
Their album takes influences from Blondie, Talking Heads and LCD Soundsystem and features their killer single 'Icecream'.
Oh, did we mention that front woman Tahita Bulmer is an absolute firecracker on stage who'll have the whole store dancing. We'll see you up the front!
