The Cure to Headline Ultra Music Festival in Miami
- Posted on Dec 20th 2006 7:17PM by Mike Spinella
The legendary, genre-defying Cure has been confirmed to play this year's Ultra Festival in Miami. The Winter Music Conference event has been expanding its horizons, moving away from a primarliy DJ-focused line up and bringing in live acts like the Killers and Hard-fi.

This year, the festival has also expanded to two days and will take place on March 23 and 24. So far, the line up includes the expected array of trance and techno heavyweights like Deep Dish, Paul van Dyk, Carl Cox, Erick Morillo, Danny Tenaglia and Ferry Corsten. Tiësto is also slated to make a rare live performance, which will be interesting.
Check the UMF site for constant artist updates and ticket info. Hopefully additions will include Soulwax, LCD Soundsytem and Daft Punk. Got a suggestion? Post it in the comments.
