New (and Last) Funkstorung

Christian de Luca and Michael Fakesch (aka Funkstorung) made their mark with innovative IDM and funky electro production. The pair emerged as DJs in the early '90s, and their sound grew alongside their production skills. In the U.S. they are known best for remixes of Wu-Tang Clan's 'Reunited' and Bjork's 'All Is Full of Love.'
The duo's evolution is similar to that of Herbert, and after a decade and a half of mix CDs, artist albums and remixes, they are calling it quits with the release of 'Appendix.' Download a remix of their own '1st Stroke' after the jump.
