Could anyone write the names of the bands they recommended? I undestood El Perro Del Mar and Camera Obscura but what were the others?

Karen Dalton -- she is a really great folk singer from the '70s. her second album, 'In My Own Time,' was re-released last year. it is definitely worth picking up.

The last swedish band they mentioned is Laakso. A great swedish/finnish band who is quite unknown outside of scandinavia. But don't believe their comments about danish music. As a dane I didn't know there was a rivalry, but Gasolin' is quite lame. Listen to Kliché instead.
