Vegan-punk veteran Ted Leo came into our Interface studio a few weeks back and played six songs, including covers by the Impressions and Waco Brothers. If you know anything about Ted, it's that he is pretty vocal about his political views. What you might not know is he has a great sense of humor and a lot of patience. After Ted's performance, he walked into a DL Show segment, which unexpectedly turned into a job interview that was the antithesis of almost everything he stands for. Watch his interview, outtakes and his live Interface performance after the jump.

"And you are a music player?"
Hilarious. Great work here.
Bonus point: 'Tyranny of Distance' is one of my favorite albums of the decade.
