My Chemical Romance Fans Send Death Threats to Restaurant

We've never thought of My Chemical Romance fans as the toughest bunch of folks around -- their collective willingness to straight-facedly sing along with Liza Minnelli bears that out -- but they've joined together in impressively violent fashion to show support for the ailing band. The members of MCR were felled late last month by a nasty case of salmonella poisoning -- all the better to slim down and slide into those size-zero jeans, we'd think -- that was traced to an eatery in Williamsburg, Virginia.

Rather than pelt the place with rotten eggs -- which would only breed more salmonella -- the Chemical devotees opted to pelt the owner with death threats. We can certainly understand folks getting upset over a show cancellation or two, but that the MCR brigade should be able to look on the -- so to speak -- bright side.

After all, with a five-day kneel in front of the porcelain receptacle in his rear-view mirror, Gerard Way has more ammo than ever for the next concept album about the depths of human suffering.

gerard would be pretty disapointed even this was all for him and his band. he hates teen violance but to tell the truth i would do tht if 2 if i had the adress

2 all u teens out there never use violence to solve things everthing just turns out bad, bad, bad!! by the way i'm like the biggest fan of my chemical romance eva!!! i love them soo... much!!
and i have tickets. anyone who uses violence to solve problem are the problem themselves.....

i think that them teenagers were stupid to do such a thing, gerard doesn't like violence and everything just ends in tears with violence.

David Sprague: What the heck is wrong with you?! Why would you mock My Chemical Romance when it is obvious that the fans of the band are going to read the article?

Yeah, okay...you're claim to fame is being funny and you wanted a laugh. I hope you're laughing because very few people that read the article think so. When you get sick write an article about talking about how you are only trying to lose weight and you're trying to develop a serious outlook on life. I am sure your friends and family would love that.

BTW, Bulimia is a very serious illness and shouldn't be taken so lightly. If you ever see anybody living with that hell you will feel remorse for making such jokes.

I was so upset when the Columbus show got cancelled, I cried, really hard. I know it's pathetic of me but I am a die hard fan. Still violence never solves ANYTHING. This is making me mad. Anyone who sent death threats to that restaraunt is not a true fan. Gerard hates violence, they should actually LISTEN to the lyrics.

Okay, I adore this band. They are my favourite band of all time and I considder myself to be one of their biggest fans. The fact that stupid idiots send death threats just because the band got sick is routragous. You don't see death threats if any 'normal' person gets sick, only if they're famous. Could these people be any more stupid, seriously, there's worse things going on to get worked up about other than 'My Chem got sick!' Hello, have these dummies heard of the crime rates in cities, or the fact that people are being murdered every day!? Come on, honestly, only a person who has sanity issues would want to kill someone because five guys with talent got sick! Thank you for letting me rant~LayaLynn~
