Stones Fan Sends His Request to Wrong Keith Richards

When the time comes to seek a handout (or, shall we say, "a charitable donation"), we can think of worse places to turn than the home of a multi-millionaire rock star -- but none worse than the home of a long-dead working-class stiff who happens to share a name with a musical monarch.
Unfortunately for Hunter Harrison, who was hoping to have Rolling Stones' guitarist Keith Richards pony up a million bucks to help him restore a Tennessee restaurant once owned by Carl Perkins, fate saw to it that his request took the latter route.
Harrison penned a heartfelt screed and sent it off to a Keith Richards in Pontypool, Wales, but got no response -- in large part because it arrived nine years after the death of that Keef, a retired carpenter described by his widow as "stone deaf."
Even with those new "forever stamps," we'd advise Harrison against blanketing every Will Smith in the book in his attempts to raise the dough.
