Courtney Love will return to the stage tonight, June 1, at L.A.'s House of Blues. Joining Love in a rare live appearance will be Linda Perry, who produced Love's new album, 'Nobody's Daughter.' Love made it clear to Spinner that she's ready reclaim her title -- one she calls, "Best in show."
"I've been writing this record since I've been sober -- almost two years now," she tells Spinner "I feel like a f***ing caged panther. I just want to get out and rock. I'm just so antsy about it. I can't eat, I can't sleep -- I need to play."
Love previewed some of the new material -- including the tunes 'Sunset Marquis' and 'Pacific Coast Highway' -- last year when she, Perry and Billy Corgan performed at a benefit for the Gay and Lesbian Community Center in L.A. "You could've heard a f***ing pin drop," she says. "They didn't say a word. It was like, 'Wow.'"

Couldnt find any info on Spinner about Steve Perry or the band Journey. Steve Perry was the best rock singer of all times.Few bands have come close to being as good Journey. Fans miss Steve Perry not touring with Journey.
