At every show there's that dude who brings the whole experience down. We've studied him, and with help from our friends the Comas, we've assembled a guide to concert etiquette. Avoid these ten show no-nos, lest you become That Dude.

10. I agree, no offense "tall dudes"
9. Like someone already mentioned, they sell the shirts there so fans can show their support
8. It's gonna happen no matter where you are
7. If one of these so called "tall dudes" is in front of someone's gf, it may be the only way to fix this problem. Unfortunately this leaves a problem for the person behind her, but we'll let them figure it out
6.Once again, it's gonna happen no matter where you are
5. Then why are they performing at a concert? I doubt it's because they hate their fans and their "cheap crap"
4. The beach balls were provided at a concert I recently went to
3. I've never been to a concert where you could request a song
2. How can someone get onstage with all the security gaurds?
1. I'll go home when I feel like it. You don't run my life

Hey frazier5mo,

Is your last name Frazier? If so, my maiden name is, also. Are we related?

I don't have a problem with tall people, I have a problem with moshers at concerts where it's uncool to mosh.

I say general admission to everybody as it is in Europe! That way the REAL fans can be where they need to be: UP FRONT!!

And yes, melody, there are rules. Otherwise it would be utter chaos and the venue would have to be closed down. You have to follow the venue rules, at the very least.

Anything aside from that goes to manners and concert etiquette.

P.S.) Not trying to be rude or mean here, frazier5mo, but "tall" is not a race, it's a state of mind, lol! I'm short BTW but I've never had a problem with tall people in front of me obscuring my view. And everyone's taller than me anyway. I'm only 5'3".

Have a nice night! :)

How about the ones who get so drunk that they puke right next to your chair? If the concert is outside, then you can move to another place, if you get behind a tall person.

Well, tall people who move around aren't the problem.

Violent people who move around a lot during a concert are the problem. If you're drunk and causing trouble, at least stay in one place, so that people who don't want to tangle with you and wind up going to jail can stay clear of you. Then people who want to rumble with you can know exactly where to find you and get in to it with you.

"Concert Eqiquettes" LOL Are you guys nuts!!!
If you ever been to a concert, you would know anything goes and I mean anything. Have you ever heard of Woodstock, there was drugs, sex galore and that's what made Woodstock so great--anything goes.
I'm not some kid, I'm almost 60 years old, but still remember those great concerts and more important, still remember what made them so great.

Every last one of you are complete morons. It was obviously a staged and fake video.

To #5, something isn't "racist" unless it has to do with race... being tall isn't "racism".

The rest of you, chill the hell out and turn off your caps lock, it's annoying to read.

Hi Danny,

That's why the venues set rules that we all must follow, at least to a degree. Plenty of folks sneak in a little pot but that doesn't bother me.

People who are crazy drunk as a poster mentioned? Definitely scary. We attended a rock-n-roll marathon concert at the Astrodome sometime in the 80's and
there was a guy there that was sloppy drunk menacing people with a broomstick he filched from somewhere.

Someone finally turned the dude in and he was escorted out.

First of all if you are going to post your opinion for all to see at least try to sound intelligent. Here is some help for the idiots out there like frazier5mo. To have something against tall people is not racist it is pejudice since tall is not a race. And you spell it problem not problum. So before you give your opinion make sure you know what you are talking about and can spell it.
