Dolores O'Riordan Cancels Show After Medical Emergency

Cranberries singer Dolores O'Riordan was forced to cut short her concert Thursday night at L.A.'s House of Blues when, during the third song, 'Animal Instinct,' her drummer appeared to be having a seizure. The singer immediately called for an ambulance and for the lights to be cut. The concert was subsequently cancelled and Sunset Blvd. momentarily closed while paramedics took charge at the scene. The status of drummer's condition is currently unknown.

Last month, Spinner spoke to O'Riordan -- who is touring behind her debut solo album, 'Are You Listening?' -- and the singer expressed her enthusiasm for getting back on the road after a lengthy hiatus. "In a way, there's a freshness," she said. "It's like starting again 'cause you're [playing] in small venues -- 2,000-seaters -- and that's all exciting. It's brilliant."

At the moment, no alterations have been made to the remaining tour dates.
