THE DC AREA IS A PRIME SPOT TO LIVE NEAR AS IT'S SO EASY TO GET TO MANY TOP CITIES WITHIN HOURS TO CATCH THE BEST IN CONCERTS, THEATRE, YOU NAME IT. I SAW "JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR" AT FORD'S THEATRE IN DC. THIS IS WHERE LINCOLN WAS SHOT...IF ANYONE KNOWS THEIR HISTORY OF PAST PRESIDENTS. ALSO SAW "TOMMY" AT THE KENNEDY CENTER...ROCK BALLET AT IT'S BEST WITH ONE OF THE GREATEST BANDS EVER DOING THE MUSIC. WHAT'S WRONG WITH THAT BRET PERSON ANYWAY...YOU HAVE TO LOVE ALL BANDS AND MUSICIANS AND IF YOU DON'T LIKE ANY OR KNOCK THEM, HE HATES YOU? WELL, TOUGH ROCKS TO HIM AND HIS COMMUNISTIC WAY OF THINKING. I LIKE WHAT I LIKE AND DON'T LIKE WHAT I DON'T LIKE AND NEVER THE TWAIN SHALL MEET.

DC the man gets around. He's right though. All of the biggest come around here. You got DC and Baltimore an hour apart and Philly and Norfolk two hours away. Not to mention steamed crabs and Natty Bo. It's called "The Land Of Pleasant Living"

I LIVE IN THE WASHINGTON D.C. AREA AND HAVE GOPNE TO CONCERTS SINCE I WAS YOUNG, YOUNG, YOUNG. EVER HEAR OF IT? I'VE SEEN MOST OF THE OLD BLACK BLUES ARTISTS TOO IN GEORGETOWN. EVER HEAR OF THIS PLACE? IT'S RIGHT IN D.C. SORRY I MISSED WHEN ERIC CLAPTON WAS GONNA PLAY IN BALTIMORE. HARD SUMMER RAIN HIT AND IT KNOCKED DOWN THE STAGE, CONCERT WAS CALLED OFF JUST AS WE GOT THERE. WANTED TO CRY ALL THE WAY HOME. DON'T BE GREEN BRET, JUST MOVE FROM YOUR TINY DESERT HOLE AND MOVE TO THE D.C. AREA...THINGS ARE ALWAYS GOING ON HERE WITH THE BIG NAME BANDS. NOW, GO AND WASH THE GREEN OFF OF YOUR FACE AND TRY TO BE NICER.
