    "She's a very kinky girl"
    --Rick James' 'Superfreak'

And he was a very kinky dude: The funk legend would later go to prison for forcing a woman to be his sex slave.

OK How about Guns 'N Roses Welcome to the Jungle? Axl Rose screams at the top of his lungs; "YOU KNOW WHERE THE F*** YOU AAARRREEEE? YOUR IN THE JUNGLE BABY! WAKE UP! then he says something randome into a long scream and Slash comes in with the guitar.

Best first lines in a song:
    Is this the real life...
    is this just fantasy...
caught in a landslide no escape from reality....

    From Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody

"Hey, hey, mama, said the way you move
Gonna make you sweat, gonna make you groove."

    ok maybe first two lines...

"Breathe, breathe in the air,,, dont be afraid to care..." Breathe- Pink Floyd

i think i know more people who like Roger Waters more.. but for me David Gilmour is just a better, more emotional singer...

By far the best line of all time is by Tupac Shakur. It is unintentional comedy and is the beginning of possibly the most absurd song ever. "Hit 'em up" begins with Tupac saying "That's why I fucked your bitch, you fat mother fucker." Hilarious and memorable.

Wow, in my mind there should have been one opening line that without a doubt should have been on this list if not number 1:
"Cut my life into pieces, this is my last resort"
Seriously who doesn't recognize that opening line?

There are tons better opening lyrics, including one of my favorites:
"Shot through the heart and you're to blame.
You give love a bad name."
    Bon Jovi

I loved the "Born to Run" and Grandmaster Flash. I think they got the wrong Elvis Costello. I would have used The Angels Want to Wear My Red Shoes - "I used to be disgusted, but now I'm just amused." You can use that one in many situations.

How about AC/DC's You Shook Me All Night Long
"She was a lean machine, she kept her motor clean, she was the best damned woman I've ever seen"
