When bassist Tim Commerford scaled the stage at the 2000 MTV awards, reportedly in protest of Limp Bizkit beating out Rage for Best Rock Video, it was the last straw for high-strung frontman Zack de la Rocha (left). "Our decision-making process has completely failed," the politically charged singer said in his breakup announcement.

They were a band? I just thought they were a bunch of filthy homeless people who SCREAMED into a microphone. Screaming is NOT singing.
