"Last time I saw him, we
sang 'Old Blind
Barnabus' together,
a gospel song. I love him
and hope to see him in
heaven. There'll never be
another like that soul
brother."

To me, Elvis was the GREATEST - not just a singer or actor - but a tremendous performer who gave his all in his concerts. So many great Artists followed his lead, The Beatles, James Brown, The Boss, they all loved Elvis. The day I heard he passed away, I felt my heart break in two, and I am sure there are millions of others out there who had the same experience. He was a deeply religious man and if there is a Heaven, I am sure he is there now singing for our Lord, along with other wonderful Entertainers who have also passed on. I do believe the Lord took Elvis from this World because he knew how bad things were getting and he did not want Elvis to have to live in this corrupt World. Please- Let me know if any of you agree with me. Thanks and Happy Birthday, El, we love you, man. Shirl Miller
