If songs came with nutritional guidelines, this one would be all empty calories. Judging by the label alone, it sounds awful for you -- a disco-tinged breakup anthem written by two former flames? Pass -- I'm on a diet. But when the exes in question are Rilo Kiley members Jenny Lewis and Blake Sennett -- who've previously mined their unpleasant breakup with songs like 'Always' and 'Asshole' -- the treat in question turns out to be a frothy, fun (and ultimately, danceable) confection. It's OK to indulge; just be warned that you may feel selfishly happy that things didn't work out between those two crazy kids in the long run.
