Vermont, 2002: We were at Jon Fishman's house, the drummer, and it was really snowing. We had shot a lot of pictures inside, and I said, "Let's go get some pictures outside." So we all threw on our winter clothes. And Trey [Anastasio], on his way out, just grabbed this balloon and was messing around with it, pretending he was blowing it up. I always had a good time with those guys, but hey weren't always very comfortable being photographed. So we really had to work at it. It wasn't that they didn't want to be, they just weren't comfortable. When Trey brought the balloon out, it was a great little something extra that was fun that could get everyone to forget that they were posing for a picture.
