New York, 2001: It was the Concert for New York at Madison Square Garden, and there was a group photo that was going to go on, and I wasn't the one taking it. But I happened to be walking by while they were getting everyone together. They were all kicking it and having a conversation. So I started to creep over there, and I had my camera up to my face and [Roger] Daltrey's back was to me, and it was kinda bumming me out. I saw out of the corner of my eye that woman that's creeping into the frame to tell me I couldn't be taking pictures there. Just as this was all happening in slow motion, somebody called Daltrey -- it wasn't me -- and he kinda looks around just as this woman was coming up with the clipboard, and I was like, click! Of course she was like, "You can't take a picture," and I said, OK, all right, thanks." I turned around and walked away and I thought, "I think I got it!"

but DID see the WHO at the Garden several years ago. Along with Led Zep and Pink Floyd my favorite
groups, the one thing I remember how GREAT the WHO concert was but they play LOOOOOOOUUUUUUDDDDD as in
LOUD, In fact some idiot was throwing cherry bombs off the balcony and they were exploding in mid-air,
but you never heard the sound, only the flash.
Great photo of Stones & Who. The woman is obviously an idiot.
