Elvis Costello to Rock Clinton's B-Day Bash
2008 Presidential hopeful Hillary Rodham Clinton will celebrate her 60th birthday on October 26, and her husband, former President Bill Clinton, is throwing her the ultimate birthday bash in their hometown of NYC, complete with a performance from rock legend Elvis Costello. The event, which will be held at the Beacon Theater, will serve as a fundraiser for the newly sexagenarian and former First Lady, and is open to the public. Tickets for the event range from $250-$2,300, with more acts expected to be announced. Bill Clinton's own 60th birthday party last year was filmed by Oscar Award-winning director Martin Scorcese, and featured performances from the Rolling Stones, Christina Aguilera and Jack White.
