4:20 is code for getting stoned. I came from a police numbering system, such as "car 18 stopping at a house, suspected 420 going on" meaning that it is suspected that the occupants are getting stoned or marijuana is present.

No, that's an urban legend. There is no such thing as a 420 police code. It's common slang, but has never been a police code.

well its our falt if we pamper them everyone refuse.this bs they give they would beg for a gig thats why every one pays 100 a ticket an tell me what do you go home to at the end of a 2 hr evening.possible screaming kids a 2 bedroom aprtment smaller than there green room
