When you're Cher these eccentricities are expected. On her behalf though, her wigs are very expensive (Up to $10,000 per wig) and storing them in a humidity and temperature controlled room not only helps them keep their style but also helps preserve them.

I say....go Cher!
She needs the wig room...like said above they are really expensive, and some are made of real hair. Plus one of her wigs was stolen (later returned).

Wow!!!!! When we get Cher's age and look as good as she does who cares if it is a WIG or NOT!! I remember singing to her songs growing up and then got the chance to take my grandaughter of 14 yrs old to her concert when she came to Topeka, Ks and OMG she is the BOMB and look good and sing there is no one to compare her too!! Cher is the BEST!!!!!!!!!

She doesn't simply walk into her dressing room with a few wig bags thrown over her arm, pull them out, shake them a little, throw them on her head and secure them down with a couple of bobby pins. Those wigs are a vital part of the show and each one requires its own dresser, stylist and handler. What if something were to happen to one of them before the show? Something spilled, make-up splattered, the traffic in her dressing room with food, drinks, nobody could feel secure unless the wigs were safely tucked away from the rest of the make up, glitter spray, etc. With the amount she wears and the work required to keep them beautiful and positioned perfectly, it's hard to believe a wig room is all she asks for, I'd think she'd require a wig suite.

I grew up with Cher. I'm 85 that makes her about 105. Sure she needs wigs and an industrial freezer for her body. Get a life people, it's time she retired!

True! Cher does spend a lot on her wigs to entertain us her fans! Yes, they do need to be taken care if they are to be maintained. We love Cher for her music, her her TV show, her music, her movied, her controversy! But what I love most about Cher is that she acts true to herself! What you see is what one gets with her! Her love her for her Honesty, her view towards Politics, her crusades for helping the Homeless, Aids and the Craniofacial Foundation! For these things Cher does not get enough publicity on, but she warms my heart even more to know that I consider myself a Fan! Gerry

Cher we saw her ferwell concert and she must be doing something right to be in her 60's and look 25. Thanks for letting us get in the front row well never forget it We love you to us your only too old when you feel you're too old God Bless You!!
