Although they refer to their costumes as "uniforms," the Locust aren't primping themselves with collared shirts and slacks. Dressed in skintight nylon suits with bug-like mesh eye-and-mouth coverings, the San Diego hardcore punk band resembles a twisted version of Spider-Man. With the group's latest CD titled 'New Erections,' let's just hope those outfits aren't too tight.
