While some bands use costumes for shock value, these adorable indie rockers wear nurse uniforms as "visual reminders of the spiritual and emotional healing taking place" at their concerts. Also known to dress up as sailors and even fruit trees, the band members, who keep company with singer-songwriter Sufjan Stevens, are a Christian group so down with G-O-D that they insert this type of spiritual significance into their live shows through playing dress-up.
