When they abandoned their costumes in 2005, frontman Chad Gray said, "We felt the makeup added to the live performance. Unfortunately, we were, like, two minutes too late, because Slipknot came out, and we were like, 'Oh, man.'"

MUDVAYNE was of my favorite bands... Until they turned emo-ish. They're still decent, but I wish they'd go back to their heavy, heavy, fantastic fucking music!
