Indie-folker Josh Ritter paid tribute to Bruce Springteen at Beriln's Stsaal Kreuzberg in September with an earthy and twangy take on the Springsteen classic, 'The River.' "['The River'] makes me think about being in a barrel about to go over the falls," Ritter tells Spinner of the song.
