Exclusive Q&A from Mad Professor

What was the most exciting element of working with the Daptone sound?

The music sounds like it is from two decades ago!

If you had to pick one 45 out of the Daptone vault, which one would it be and why?

I would pick the track we worked on because it had a natural reggae connection

What do you think sets Daptone apart from many other indie labels?

It's different ... fresh!
