The Ramones -- four guys from Queens, N.Y., whose no-frills shorter-faster-and- louder ethos changed the face of music -- are being resurrected with the 'It's Alive 1974-1996' DVD, a collection of live Ramones' performances, from San Bernardino, Calif., to their appearance on the BBC2's 'Top of the Pops.'
