This song is hilarious. It's obviously written, tongue in cheek, and as a female I found it really amusing. I love the song whether it was written about a woman or a dog it doesn't matter. Songs are songs and people take things way too literally. Just sit back and enjoy the song for what it is. I love listening to it, and if you don't, pass it on...

And I agree, no matter what Axl says, I do not believe this song is about a dog. Not at all. I never did. I think he was just tired of getting sued.
