3. I agree, you can't beat Catwoman. Madge's (why do they call her that?) is just annoying, you're not Marilyn Monroe, and I'm sure she would be horrified if someone told her she sounded like Betty Boop anyway if she were still alive.

4. I just "CAN'T STAND" this song! I cringe everytime I hear it.....I don't know if it's because of Madonna, or what. I just think it plain sux!!!

5. I agree - I heard this Santa Baby this morning and I cringed. Even tho over 50 years old - Eartha Kitt's version will remain the sexiest Christmas song ever. A close second is K T Oslin with Barry Manilow on "Baby It's Cold Outside".

6. Anything Madonna does sucks...because Madonna sucks!!

7. Madaonna is cool, all you haters are the losers and are just jealous. Her version of the song is just fine.
Walter at 3:46PM on Dec 8th 2007
8. and you are stupiod walter. Back in the 80's she was pretty good. lucky Star, like A Virgin, Material Grl, True blue. But she is not the same now. Do not like her anymore.

9. Madonna has jumped on EVERY bandwagon and claimed it was her own. She can't sing, but can dance. That is all. She won't allow her children to watch videos on Mtv because they're to sexual. She was the torchbearer. Hypocrite!!!! Phony!! That's Madonna. Since her kiss with Britney, her cd sales have dropped. Has been, step aside.
John at 4:23PM on Dec 8th 2007
10. She should def have left this one alone. There's some songs that when done, should NEVER be touched again. Eartha's was one of them.
Gino at 4:39PM on Dec 8th 2007
11. This song is tongue in cheek - a bad girl pretending she's been good. There are few people more appropriate than Madonna to sing this song. The irony is perfect - or do you believe that a yacht is really not a lot?
mg at 4:52PM on Dec 8th 2007
12. all you madonna haters are pathetic losers! it's obvious you all are jealous. madonna is one of the most successful female artists in history. get over it, accept it and move on, losers!

13. Everyone has their favorite and least favorite Christmas songs, but if you want some fun with both there is a board game called Happy Holdays Carols & Songs game available at http://ChristmasFunGames.com.
14. The best Christmas song I've ever heard was
The Muppets' version of "12 Days Of Christmas",
especially Beaker's part where he went "Mee-Mee
Mee Mee-Mee-Mee! (Seven swans a swimming)", and
Miss Piggy's "Bah-Dum, Bum, Bum"s" took it to
a whole new level in the 5 Golden Rings" part.
I vaguily remember hearing Sesame Street's "12
Days Of Christmas" song when I was in school as a
kid. Except for Snuffy's verse, "12, uh, um...
Oh, dear, I can't remember it." I can hardly
remember which cast member sang their parts, but
most of the original casr characters were in it.
I'd love it if YouTube or any other site on the
internet has a copy of the Sesame Street version
of "12 Days Of Christmas", so I can hear this
classic X-mas gem from the vaults all over again.
It had to be released right around the time that
Christmas Eve On Sesame Street was very popular.
Sesame Street's version never gets played on
the radio, now, even after PBS stopped airing
Christmas Eve On Sesame Street.

15. I always liked Madonna's version. I thought Eartha Kitts' was kind of lame, sorry.

1. Yea I agree. Eartha Kitt's was much better. Some songs should just be left alone especially Christmas songs.
