I completely disagree on this one. It's a great tune although the Boss did kind of borrow it from the Jackson 5. To tell you the truth the J5 version of this song is just not as good as this. The Springsteen version totally rocks and I've used this song when I've played a few Holiday parties and it totally rocked the house.

Sometimes you need to look at a song for what it was intended to be and not what you think it's supposed to be. This song wasn't intended to be the new 'Silent Night'. It was meant to be a fun, loose rocker that would get people singing along.

So, yeah, lighten up on this one.

This record is A PIECE OF CRAP!!! So glad you agree. That awful vibrato where he thinks he's doing a good Ronnie Spector is too much to bear...and I would HATE hearing this LIVE as well!!!
