Patti, having a dog is great. Get one from a shelter so that you will save 2 lives and both of you will be grateful. A dog will be loyal forever, unlike some men. I saw Patti on Emeril last week and she sang a little phrase while Emeril held the microphone.
She is gorgeous and her voice is better than ever. Such control, right there on the spot and with a wonderful attitude. I've never really been a Patti laBelle fan per se' but you can bet that I am NOW! Patti, you're amazing, and a great role model for all women. (and I'm a man and musician)
Your voice is one excellent God given gift! Thanks for helping me get these "blinders" off!

for the love of mike. i guess the people harping on the fish part would have prefered she'd said - "i don't like tacos" - but then that would have surely also been offensive for a whole nother reason. now wouldn't it? no, we couldn't just be satisfied that it was honest, straightforward, and used modern slang of someone one-quarter of her age, even if she didn't get it perfectly right. at least she knows it's about women and sexual preference and that it has nothing to do with cleanliness. go patti
