Spitting at the paparazzi and shaving your head and having a meltdown are totally different ends of the spectrum! Besides, who knows what mood Avril was in or if she was PMSing. If spitting at them is the worst she's done, good for her. I couldn't stand for people to follow me like lost ass puppies either! Just because they become famous doesn't mean they no longer deserve privacy and some kind of life out of the public eye. Look at Johnny Depp, he bought his own damn island to escape it. That's pitiful! The world needs to realize that they are still people and back off of them!

Britney has an illness that she needs a lot of support and treatment for. None of the negative comments that anyone is saying is helping. I think Donald Trump was correct in saying that she will end up like Anna Nicole if something drastic doesn't happen now. I hope and pray that doesn't happen to her. Her kids are too small I hope to remember but they really need her. Forget the dead beat so-called father. I hope someone will really put her in lock down and keep her there and really help

Avril doesn't have a fraction of the paparazzi attention that Britney does. I hate this ridiculous idea that celebs aren't allowed to complain about the borderline criminal behavior of the paparazzi because it's the "price of being famous" Who decided that rule?

I have to laugh at the comments from some of these celebrities, particularly Adrianne Curry and Avril Lavigne. Adrianne is a f***ing train wreck herself and married one of the sleaziest, washed up celebrities ever. She wishes she had an ounce of Britney's wealth and fame, and SHE needs to get the hell off MY television. And where does Avril get off talking about how you have to learn to deal with the pressures of this business?! She's never had to deal with half the crap Britney has. The paparazzi doesn't give a rats ass about her so she has no idea what it's really like to have to deal with the madness Britney's gone through.
