Hey Ross,
I have zero confusion about what she talking about because I actually read the caption. She's talking about her husband being on a billboard - all of him including his penis is now huge. Get it? His penis really is many feet tall... on the billboard. Sheesh.

Is anyone sure what Victoria is talking about?
I mean, maybe she's never seen a penis, and has it confused with some kind of tree?
It has to be something like that, but then most people who make quotes such as her's, eventually show themselves to be incredibly stupid.
In fact, it is no surprise to me, that there are so many stupid people, making headlines, supposedly because they have something interesting to say.
This one is the best, for me, so far this year.
