Kimya Dawson and Adam Green Unite on the Interface
The duo formerly known as the Moldy Peaches came together in the name of 'Juno.' Kimya Dawson and Adam Green were pursuing solo careers until the film's Academy Award-nominated actress, Ellen Page, suggested their music serve as the soundtrack. "[Director] Jason Reitman asked Ellen Page for suggestions for music she thought Juno would like, and she said the Moldy Peaches," Dawson tells Spinner. "She played 'Anyone Else But You,' and he decided to use it in the movie."The Moldy Peaches offered up a performance of the tune, while Dawson went solo for three other hook-laden folk ditties -- all from the 'Juno' soundtrack.

It is awesome to see and hear honest, un-spun, un-synthesized, 100 percent genuine music happen. Fun lyrics, great sound. It's like sun-warmed blackberries straight off the bush. Perfect! Lisa
