On This Date in 1961: Hardcore punk frontman and spoken-word artist Henry Rollins is born as Henry Lawrence Garfield, in Washington, D.C.

The Almanac Advises for February 13: "The most important factor in dealing with an aggressive child is to allow the child to express his or her feelings. Angry outbursts should be viewed as a sign of possible trouble, which makes it important for these incidents to be treated with respect. Try to find a physical outlets that will allow the child to release pent-up energy that may otherwise manifest as inappropriate behavior."
