Several years ago, Dolly lost a lot of weight. Her breasts did not go down like the rest of her. She had a reduction. After a while, she realized that she and her larger than life breasts had been synonomous in the public's minds and the reduction was affecting her career, so she had an augmentation, going back to her previous size. So, previously, they were naturally very large, but currently, they are augmented. This does not make her gross or pathetic or any of the other things I've seen people post. Breasts define a large part of a woman's self-image. I know this is especially true in large-breasted women. I, myself, struggled for years with the decision to get a breast reduction. I was an 42H. When you're that large, that's really all people see. I'm quite short, so the perception was that I was all breast. When I finally had the operation, I could not bear to go smaller than a D, because I knew I would not be able to deal with having breasts any smaller than that. Its even more crucial for Dolly, because her image is her lively-hood. She looks beautiful for her age and she's actually a very smart business woman. That's how she's still in the business after all these years.

After all these years Dolly Parton looks amazing. There will always be haters and jealous people who can't stand to be less attractive than someone else. I'm sure that Dolly regularly visits a plastic surgeon but it makes her feel better, and that's all that matters! Who cares if you don't like her.. Just what is so wrong with women aging naturally? I know plenty of older women who haven't had plastic surgery or breast implants that also happen to look fabulous! I happen to love Dolly...she's a down-to-earth woman...but I HATE what she has done to her body over the years. She no longer looks like the sweet, wonderful woman she was before...as another poster said, she now looks like a caricature of herself, which is rather sad.
