The Almanac Advises for March 5: "Ever since Dolly, the first sheep to be cloned, was born in Scotland, many large mammals have been bred through what has become an accepted practice. While bioethicists have by and large come down against the cloning of humans, some feel that it is inevitable and will be accepted by future societies as ethical."
