'California' rockers Phantom Planet are back with their fourth full-length album, 'Raise the Dead,' due April 15. The first single, 'Do the Panic,' was originally available on the band's fanclub-only CD 'Negatives' in 2004, but this time around, the band cranks up the guitars and drums to give the tune a more glam-rock vibe.
