No Singer? No Problem! Judas Priest
Old Singer: Rob HalfordNew Singer: Tim "Ripper" Owens
If a band wants to transform itself into a tribute unit honoring its own work, it might as well turn to a member of an established tribute band to speed the switch along. While the Ripper did a fine job of replicating Halford's guttersnipe yowl, he couldn't quite master his idol's leather-queen stance, leaving the door wide open for a re-entry of Rob's 12 inches of British steel.

Dude, OK... now I'm getting pissed. NO ONE can replace Rob in Priest. That man has arguably the BEST vocals for a heavy metal band. No one remembers they ever had another singer and that's just as well.
And besides... Rob might be a "leather-queen" but I bet you won't say that to his face.
