On This Date in 1998: George Michael is arrested and charged with engaging in a lewd act inside a men's room located at a park in Beverly Hills, Calif.The Almanac Advises for April 7: "A small number of people suffer from a phobia known as paruresis, or shy bladder syndrome. For example, a man who is 'pee shy' is unable to function normally at a urinal when surrounded by other men."
