It should be real funny watching the singers try to interact with the fans.
"Gimme some dap, playa! (swoop!) What the...?"

As much as I love SOAD and respect their music, the moment Artists start digitally rendering themselves into concerts thats it for me buying albums. I mean come on the chance to see a live concert is a magical thing and for any musician to want to ruin that effect with holograms is a slap in the face to fans.

Why doesn't he just ask the fans to mail him a check so he can sit on his -ass- and not be bothered to do anything at all?

Please beam a holographic strip tease of Britney Spears into my private bedroom.
I would pay big money for that.

Who's really going to cause a bigger environmental impact here, the band traveling together on a bus/plane from city to city to play shows, or the hundreds or thousands of people driving their cars to the venue to hear them play?

keep saying stuipid things like that and you won't have to worry about traveling. Nobody is going to want to go out and see you play anymore. Idiot.

This band sucks hard anyway and this guys stage presence is the cheesiest and crappiest stuff I have ever seen

He is a no talent idiot. After seeing him open for a real band, The Foo Fighters, I agree with Jesse that he has no stage prescense and that his music just sucks. He has nothing to say and hids it behind contrived, self induldged angstant.

It's a shame when talented artists start believing their own publicists' hype. System of a Down was one of the best, most visceral, politically and socially conscious bands of the 90's, then EGO had to get in the way. It's a shame, cuz the guy is just a joke now.

ummm.... just to let you guys know, he wasn't being serioud when you said this. so stop dissing serj, jeeze.

When SOAD was still 'together' (well I guess more of a less-hiatus) they were, In my opinion, a great band. Back in 05 when Hypnotize came out, I thought It was the coolest; granted, I was 12, so I didn't get was was being said, but oh well..
I honestly can't wrap my head around Tankian's arrogance. its not a matter of just hearing the music, it's a matter of seeing the people who made the music we enjoy, the memories.

is that your response to everything or can you not clearly see hes middle-eastern?
