The Almanac Advises for April 12: "Sometimes people who possess virtuoso level vocal or instrumental talent are not appreciated at first. Revolutionary concepts in sound -- and those musical geniuses who are responsible for them -- often go unrecognized for years and are usually initially dismissed as whimsical folly or as just noise."
