On This Date in 1989: 'She Drives Me Crazy,' by Fine Young Cannibals, makes its way to the No. 1 position on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart.

The Almanac Advises for April 15: "The practice of cannibalism, which entails humans consuming the flesh and organs of other humans, is almost never done as a routine source of nourishment. Cannibalism may be performed as a ritualistic act in some cultures. Otherwise, it may take place during desperate times, such as during a famine, or else it may be the act of an insane person"
