Dehydration, sunburn, VIP pass envy, uncontrollable sweating, guilt, partial blindness. Ok, we're kidding about the last two. Sort of. The point is, little else could inspire a person to willingly subject themselves to such conditions like the Indio desert's annual music festival.
But there is one problem. Yeah, it's in the desert. More than two hours away from Los Angeles. So some of us, no matter how hard we long to be a part of the magic (you know, like when the sun is setting and the colored lights illuminate the palm trees), don't have the monetary, uh ... talent to close the deal. That's where we come in. Keep it here for the best photos from the festival -- from the crowds to the stage -- and live vicariously with us this weekend.

I too thought Sean Penn and his wife Robin were reconciling their marriage. Is attending a concert with Sienna Miller on the "let's make our marriage work" plan? Ridiculous!

Could they not get any normal people or bands that people would know??? I know it's a festival, but come on....who would go to watch a bunch of freaks in the desert unless you just came out of surgery and had some really good pain killers? Maybe that's what happened. hmmmm

On Sean Penn; One mans Opinion; In the early years, some 20 years plus or minus, I thought Sean was a "Dick w/ Ears" ! Especially when he & Madonna hooked up.Fast forward Circa 2008 & I find that I miss judged him completly. See, that's what tabloids do to a person.The man is a genius, a scholar & is one Actor/Director to follow until death do us part ! I give him three thumbs Up ! Ok, Two ! Thanks Sean, keep up the "great" work !

Just because two people are photographed together in a VIP tent crammed with people doesn't mean they're dating. I doubt Sienna Miller and Kelly Osbourne are an item either.

What a mess! Who are these second rate groups? No wonder the traffic was terrible in the Coachella Valley all weekend and we were all subjected to sobriety stops constantly. We live here and we didn't ask for this mess. No one could even get to work this morning.

Never saw anything that Sean was in that I didn't like. OK, so he's out and about with the other lady. That's his business. Awful tough being an actor, or musician (in the press) these days.
