On This Date in 1963: 'I Will Follow Him,' by 15-year-old Little Peggy March, makes its way to the top of the Bilboard Hot 100 singles chart, remaining at No. 1 for three weeks.The Almanac Advises for April 27: "Some teens are unable to distinguish between crushes and true romance. These youngsters, poised between childhood and adulthood, can become obsessed with a love object, often to the point of displaying stalkerish behaviors."
