The Almanac Advises for May 5: "Throughout history, men have gone through extreme measures to achieve male enhancement. Some have resorted to surgical procedures, such as a phalloplasty, or have ingested practically useless herbal remedies to attain greater length and/or girth. Others have tied weights to the appendage in order to stretch it."
