On This Date in 1966: Milli Vanilli member Fabrice Morvan is born in Paris.The Almanac Advises for May 14: "The art of ventriloquism goes back to the ancient Greeks, where practitioners deceived people into thinking spirits had risen from the dead. In modern days, the most skilled ventriloquists are strictly entertainers who are able to create the illusion that voices are emanating from inanimate dummies."
