The thing about that is I've never heard him continuously promise a Postal Service album. He just called it unlikely to happen, installing a bit of patience just in case it does happen. The album won't be like "Chinese Democracy", because Ben never, even continuously, promised it. At this day, I would be happy to hear the new album, but I'm more patient for them than I am waiting for the continuously missed Guns and Roses. That's the big difference between waiting for Postal Service and waiting for Chinese Democracy right now.
